Do I need to create an account to buy?
No. You can purchase as a guest. If you decide to create an account, it will be easier to access your orders in the future.
How do I receive the eBook after purchasing it?
After you complete your payment, we'll send you an email with the download link. You can also access your download from your order confirmation, depending on your purchase method.
Is the download immediate?
Yes. In most cases it's immediate. If your payment takes a while to process (for example, PayPal or credit card), the download will be enabled as soon as the payment is confirmed.
I didn't receive the download email, what do I do?
First, check your Spam/Promotions folder (and look in your email for terms like "download," "order," or our store name). If it doesn't appear, confirm that you entered your email address correctly at checkout.
You can also try finding your purchase directly from the store like this:
